Corrective exercise specialists at Fit For Freedom start with a 2-hour assessment, revealing exactly which muscles you should be stretching and which you should be strengthening. The awareness you gain from these two hours will forever change the way you view your body. You will immediately understand - and feel how to improve - your specific imbalances so that you can:

  • Feel the ease and power of proper alignment.

  • Perform movements and exercises with strength you didn't know was possible from you.

  • Move without pain, usually during this first session.

  • Feel empowered that you will not need drugs and surgery as your primary therapy in life.

Your personal assessment is designed to be a stand-alone session, and you need not feel obligated to continue training with a Fit For Freedom specialist ongoing.

However, if you would like a coach to personally guide your progress, your entire investment in the assessment can be applied to your first monthly package.  After spending time reviewing all of your assessment results, your specialist will design a comprehensive program for you. Your corrective exercise specialist will be with you at each exercise session, guiding your focus and ensuring results; making progressions and regressions moment by moment, specifically for you along the way.  Sessions can occur any place of your convenience: your home, outdoors at the park, or at a studio gym location.

When training with a Fit For Freedom specialist, you will learn to heal and self-manage physical issues without medications or visits to the doctor or therapists, bringing you to your best levels of fitness, athleticism, function, strength, flexibility, and agility.

PROGRAM CREATION:

  • Fit For Freedom analyzes all pieces of your assessment and creates a personal and unique exercise program for you. 

  • Blending your specific goals regarding health, posture, weight loss and more, we create specific and realistic timelines and expectations for you.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE COACHING:

  • 55-minute sessions with 2-4 sessions per week, depending on your plan selection.

  • Research proven standards for designing periodized and cyclic exercise programs to ensure your results.

  • Regular meeting times at your convenience every week. Flexible and fair cancellation & rescheduling policies. Instructors who bring fun and professionalism to each session, and who are aligned with you achieving your goals.
