Weight Training for Healing?

Proper corrective weight training can be used for rehabilitation and healing.  The fact is that you are strength training all day long and may not even know it.  Every time you get out of bed, for example, you perform a modified “crunch” or “sit up” exercise.  When you sit down on the toilet or dining table, you perform a “squat.”  When you lean over the bathroom sink, you are doing a “deadlift.”  Movements like these are a natural part of healthy living.  The only question is, “Are you using the right muscles?”
