In DBT Holistic Skills Workbook for Teens, the 1-Day Food Log on Page 170 is offered for students who want to record what they eat & drink, identify which foods are processed vs unprocessed, and then specifically identify how they feel after each meal!
For context, several Meal Reaction Questionnaires (Handout from page 163) could be used in this 1-Day Food Log (Page 170 Handout).
Using several 1-Day Food Logs in a row is a great way to really grab hold over how one’s nutrition is making an impact mentally-emotionally (for better or for worse).
