  1. Celebrate their successes by checking off certain foundational nutritional habits that they are already successfully accomplishing!

  2. Identify one basic habit that they’d like to practice next!

This is the handout that helps students to identify for themselves which is their next step, as they take leadership in evolving their own health-minded nutrition direction.
