Page 56 - Using the Emotional Ladder

This worksheet asks students to work through a challenging current situation, which is something that could be used once per day, or possibly several times per day. By pausing to identify the challenging circumstance, students can then identify their dominant emotion, as well as the next most achievable emotion.

Finally, students are encouraged to make a single small journal sentence that either helps them to accept their current emotion, or helps them to potentially move one emotion up the ladder!
