The previous DBT Holistic Skills Workbook for Teens handout was for identifying your values. The reason this is so important is to make sure that we choose goals and take actions based upon who we actually are and what’s truly important for us.
Identifying & Accepting ourselves as we are is a critical first step (PAGE 78: Values Table). The next step is to identify a few worthwhile GOALS that fit us, so that we can choose ACTIONS to achieve one of those goals!
